Alzhimer's dementia (AD) is a progressive degenerative neurological disorder with insidious onset. The clinical manifestations of generalized dementia are memory impairment, aphasia, apraxia, agnosia, visuospatial impairment, executive dysfunction, and personality and behavioral changes. The incidence of Alzheimer's disease has been increasing year by year, and it is a kind of disease that seriously affects the health of old people in our country. The epidemiological study of Alzheimer's disease in China found that from 2005 to 2015, the prevalence of Alzheimer's disease was about 5%, of which the most common is AD, accounting for 65% of Alzheimer's disease. At present, the prevalence rate of Alzheimer's disease in people over 65 years old in China is about 3.21%. So far, the cause of Alzheimer's disease is not well understood.
